Do I have to apply online?
This is the most efficient and accurate way to enroll; however it is not required. All families are strongly encouraged to apply online. Applications can be printed and submiteed to the school office or online, but please don't do both.

Is there an application fee?
No. The application is free and does not obligate you to any requirements.

If I have more than one child, do I have to complete more than one form?
Yes. However, only changes need to be submitted. The office will use the information provided for the oldest child unless changes are submitted.

How do I know my forms were received by Apostles?
You will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days confirming your application.

Does the Teacher Recommendation Form need to be completed?
Yes. All applicants in grades 1-8 are asked to complete the recommendation form.

I've submitted my application. What happens now?
Our principal will contact you to set a meeting to discuss the varied aspects of the school and its policies. Our pastor will also contact you to set a meeting to discuss the Christian teachings of our church and school. Then the application is taken before the School Board for approval.

Why does my child have to undergo an academic assessment?
This is a non-threatening way for our teachers to identify how to best serve your child. This should not be regarded as an analysis of a student's IQ. Kindergarten students will take our regular Kindergarten Assessment; students in grades 1-8 will take a portion of the Terra Nova 3 test.

What is the BIC class?
This fourteen lesson class provides instruction on the foundational teachings of our church. It's required within the first year of all new families so parents can fully understand the Christian teachings their children will receive each day.

What is the singing in church requirement?
Each class sings in church a handful of times each year. Parents are asked to bring their chidlren to the these worship services so their child can participate.

Are there any other enrollment requirements?
The only other requirement is to pay tuition in a timely manner. There are no required volunteer hours, scrip purchases or other requirements.

What if I need financial assistance?
