Application to Apostles

There is no cost to apply to Apostles. Fill out the application and teacher recommendation forms below. Please submit the forms to the school office. Please be prepared to submit your child's most current report card and/or test scores for applications in grades 1-8.

Age requirements for enrollment:

• To enter our Jr. Kindergarten program, children must be 4 years old on or before September 1st.
• To enter our Kindergarten program, children must be 5 years old on or before September 1st .
• To enter first grade, children must be 6 years old on or before September 1st .
