Financial Assistance
Application Instructions

To apply for financial assitance for the 2012-13 school year (deadlines apply to returning families):

1. Complete a financial assistance application through FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment. Click on Applicant Sign-in to create a new application (this is different from the tuition collection account).

2. Submit 2011 IRS documentation to FACTS by April 15.

-- 2011 Tax forms including all tax schedules and W2 forms for both spouses.

-- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers Compensation, and TANF

3. The Tuition Assistance Committee will review the application and award grants by the end of May.

Questions regarding the FACTS application process should be directed to FACTS Customer Service at 1-866-315-9264.

Questions regarding the grant award should be directed to the principal who will pass them to the assistance committee.

Assistance applications will not be considered unless IRS documentation is verified by FACTS.
