Registration FAQs

 

Do I have to submit forms online?
This is the most efficient and accurate way to enroll. All families are strongly encouraged to complete their submission online.

What if I don't have computer access?
Call the school office, and we'll help make arrangements for you.

If I have more than one child, do I have to complete more than one form?
No. Registration Forms are by family. However, individual forms must be submitted for Student Health History and Medication Request.

How do I know my forms were received by Apostles?
You will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days confirming your submission.

Which forms need to be completed?
Please complete the entire package. Forms for piano, instrument lessons, and/or BIC class can be ignored if not applicable.

What is the email address for registration paperwork?
All forms should be submitted to registration@apostlessj.org

How do I submit forms by email?
The easiest way is to save a copy of the registration packet to your Desktop (it saves as Registration.xml). Don't change the file name, and attach it to an email. Email it to registration@apostlessj.org.

What if I've recently applied for an additional new student (such as a sibling)?
Please add the new child's information to the form.

What monies are due at registration?
No fees are due payable when the packet is submitted. Once the packet has been submitted the fees due will be entered into FACTS. The Early Bird fee applies to those families who pay their enrollment and registration fees by the last day of the current school year.

How do I pay my fees?
Fees are payable to FACTS. Once your packet has been submitted, the school office will enter this information into FACTS. You will receive an invoice to pay according the payment method selected when you created the FACTS account.

Who is eligible for the $100 automatic payment discount?
Families that select ACH (automatic monthly bank debits) or automatic credit card payments will receive the $100 discount.

What if I've applied for financial assitance?
Financial assistance forms and IRS paperwork are due by April 16. Financial assistance packages will be awarded in early May. Each applying family will be notified of their grant and this information will be input into FACTS by the school office. No assistance can be awarded without verification by IRS forms.

What if I need financial assistance?
Apostles never wants finances to stand in the way of a Christian education. Read more about our assistance program here.
