FACTS Apostles Lutheran School uses the Grant & Aid Assessment department of FACTS Management Company to process and evaluate all financial assistance applications. Applications are completed on-line at

FACTS gathers information from each family applying and provides a detailed assessment to Apostles. The tuition assistance committee will review the data and make approvals based on available resources. Your current tax return documentation is required as well as a $30.00 non-refundable application fee to FACTS.

Tuition assistance will be considered if your account is in good standing, all enrollment and registration fees are paid, and IRS forms have been submitted to FACTS . Only completed applications with IRS forms submitted through FACTS will be considered.

Apostles Lutheran School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, nationality or ethnic origin, or socioeconomic status.

Families who may think Christian education is financially out of reach are encouraged to apply for assistance. Grants are awarded based on need. Apostles awards grants to families who are low-income earners.

To apply for financial assistance (deadlines apply to new & returning families):

  1. Complete a financial assistance application through FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment. Click on Applicant Sign-in to create a new application (this is different from the tuition collection account).
  2. Submit previous year IRS documentation to FACTS.
    • Previous year Tax forms including all tax schedules and W2 forms for both spouses.
    • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers Compensation, and TANF
    • Documentation can be mailed or faxed to:

  3. The Tuition Assistance Committee will review the application and award grants.

What is the mission of tuition assitance grants?
The mission is to provide the capability for all families, even low-income earners, to attend Apostles Lutheran School.

Who qualifies?

  1. Families whose children are in grades TK - 12.
  2. Families must be accepted as students at Apostles Lutheran School.

Am I required to be a member of Apostles Lutheran Church?
No, nor is there pressure to join the Apostles Lutheran Church. Of course, all families interested in a closer relationship with God are invited to attend Apostles.

What agreement will the family have to make to be enrolled in our school?
Familes who receive assistance must agree to meet all the regular school requirements.

What grant amounts will families receive?
Families will receive a grant based on need. Those that meet certain income limitations may receive grants up to 85% of tuition and fees.

What does the grant cover? What does the grant not cover?
The assistance package covers tuition payments for the year. It does not cover the enrollment fee and books as well as other optional expenses such as t-shirts, supplies, instrument lessons, child care (Homeroom), or field trip fees.

Do assistance packages cover multiple years?
The grant is awarded on a yearly basis. Families may apply each year.

What documents need to be submitted to FACTS?
Please submit the most recent tax returns as well as W2 forms for both spouses. If applicable the following should also be submitted: Social Security income, Disability Income, Workers' Compensation, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, and/or TANF.

Where do I submit my tax documents?
Please sumbit them directly to FACTS. Address can be found on the Application tab above.

What if I don't submit my tax and income documentation?
The application for assistance will not be considered.
