Tuition and Fees 2016-17

Enrollment Fees

The enrollment fee is charged every year and  reserves a space for your child/children.
Enrollment fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Available credits

Deadline Met: If your enrollment package is received by Midnight March 31,  a credit of $150.00 will be applied to your enrollment fee.  
 
Automatic Payment: Families that choose automatic monthly tuition  payments (ACH  or CC) receive a $100 credit on the enrollment fee. Grant plans are ineligible for this credit. 
 
If the ACH credits is given and you change your account to an invoice agreement you will be reassessed the credits. In addition should payment be declined 3 times, the credit will be reassessed.
 

Tuition payment options available:

The Prepaid Plan: Pay in full by August 1st to receive a 4% discount. 

The 10-month Plan: Monthly payments on the 5th or 20th of the month from August to May.

The 11-month Plan: Monthly payments on the 5th or 20th of the month from August to June 5th.

Payment methods available through FACTS are:  

Automatic Bank Payments (ACH) from your bank account on the 5th or 20th of each month;

Invoiced monthly (paid by check, cashier's check, or money order and mailed to FACTS), 

Credit Card on-line by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or AMEX on the 5th or 20th of each month.   *CC transactions will incur a 2.75% convenience fee by FACTS.

Homeroom

Before and after school childcare supervision is available for $6.00 per child per hour.  All students are enrolled in this program for use as needed.  Students arriving before 8:00 a.m. and those at school at 3:25 p.m. will be automatically checked into the supervised care program so no child is left unsupervised while on school grounds.

Incidental Fees
Seperate fees will be charged for religion books, field trips, some middle school electives, field trip t-shirts, athletics, hot lunch program, milk program, year books, pictures, and before and after school childcare. Such fees are in addition to those in the tuition schedule.
 
Partial Year Enrollment
Tuition charged for enrollment after the first day of school will be prorated based on the portion of the school year remaining.  Payment must be made in advance or on a monthly basis through FACTS.  All payment plans end in no later than the last scheduled day of the school year.
 
Late Tuition Payment Fee
Payments for tuition or incidental fees not received by the date due are considered delinquent, however if payment is not  received by the 10th day after your selected due date will have a $15 late fee added to your next tuition invoice.
 
Tuition Assistance
Tuition assistance is offered to families on an individual basis upon the demonstration of need.  Applications should be received at the time of registration. 
 
Returned Payments
All Returned Payments are assessed a $30 fee.

Apostles Lutheran School exists to assist  parents with their God-given responsibility to train their children in the Word of God.  At Apostles Lutheran School, we strive to provide an excellent academic and co-curricular education with a Christ-centered focus within a caring family environment. 
God gives parents the responsibility to provide Christian training for their children.  God says to parents in Ephesians 6:4, "Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and  instruction of the Lord."
